Airfield Flying/Standing Orders

School & Club By-Laws

Please read the following PDF files for details of flying with our club and at Wycombe Air Park, the Standing Orders contain general information regarding the airfield and the By-Laws with regard to our club in particular. It remains your own responsibility to fly within your licence restrictions/privileges and within current aviation law regulations.

All pre payments and block payments are non refundable and non transferable. All invoices for instruction check flights or share payments including monthly payments are due on receipt. Non payment will result in loss of privileges and incur additional administration charges and an interest of 5% above base rate.

It is a requirement that ALL pilots/students sign the standing/flying order record sheet to confirm that they have been read and understood.

All pilots/students must be members of the Light Sport Flying Club and also the Airways Flying Club.

Bookings for instructional flights and private flights are not guaranteed by the club,

Cancellation of bookings must be notified to other shareholders and deleted on the booking system so that use of aircraft can be continued, cancellation of instructional flights needs to be confirmed to the instructor and cancelled on the booking system. Last minute no shows or cancellations may be charged.

It is a requirement that all students must purchase a share before flying solo.
